Usual Session promoted by AMOTA was held on 5th September 1999 at the National Olympic Youth Center in Tokyo. 37 persons took part in the mentioned Session in which below programs and subjects were presented.
1. How to Arrange the Records Obtained from Observation.

After presentation of individual observed data by each group, arranging method of "HR","CHR" and "ZHR" were explained.
2. Lesson to Arrange the Record.
by Mr. Toshinori KAWAI
Based on the own actual data, arranging to "HR","CHR" and "ZHR" was practiced by each participants. The means of data-comparison was also discussed.
3. Looking back Perseids in 1990's
by Mr. Kouetsu SATO
Using authors data about Perseids in 1990's, the deviation of HR and impressions each year's activities were presented.
4. The Summary Report for Perseids from Domestic Data.

Although it was bad weather in the night of expected peak in Japan, a few data were gathered. Whole activity of Perseids were considered as same as average year.
5. The Summary Report for Perseids Including Overseas Data.

The peak time in 1999 might be estimated at around 139.8 solar longitude. Another second peak at 140.5 was also obtained.
